Return Policy

Our conditions
We will accept your return with pleasure when you respect the following points:
• The return is requested within 14 days after delivery of the order.
• The authorized return must reach our warehouse within 10 days after filling in the return form.
• Please note that we are not responsible when the parcel returns with another carrier service.
• Each item is unused and bears no sign of wear and tear.
• The original tags and labels are attached and are in good condition.
• The original packaging is included and is in good condition. For shoes and accessories, this means the box in which they were initially packed.
• Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
• Vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.

Please note: If we cannot process your refund because the above conditions are not met, you will be notified by our customer service team.

No exchanges possible — If you wish to have another piece/size, we suggest you to place another order on our website.

Our promise
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from rueblanche.com. If you are not happy with an item you have purchased, we will gladly accept a refund request. Our service: 14 days to return your order - free returns.

a. Returning your items by using our free return shipping service

Fill the return form placed in the parcel and follow the return instructions.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days after receiving your returned items.

Rue Blanche offers free returns for those EU countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, The Netherlands.


Please note that during peak times (especially during sales periods), all returns from The Netherlands may take longer than expected - up to 1 month before being refunded. Do not hesitate to contact our customer service if you have any questions about your package.
