Organic COTTON
(75% Organic, 25% recycled)
We started to replace conventional cotton in our ORGANIC T-shirt range with a more sustainable variant that is otherwise identical in look and style. It requires less water and energy, and no toxic chemicals, pesticides or fertilisers are used in its cultivation, which also improves the health of the cotton farmers and their families.
High twisted cotton
High twisted cotton is a natural fabric with significant shrinkage resistance. It is breathable, durable, insulating, kind to sensitive skin, easy to care for and pleasant to wear. As opposed to regular cotton, the high-twist variant is woven more tightly to enhance the quality and performance of the yarn. The result is an open-weave fabric that is incredibly wrinkle- and crease-resistant.
MERICOT
50% MERINO WOOL 50% COTTON
Combining merino wool with cotton yarn makes for a soft and lightweight blend. The merino wool provides natural warmth, shape, elasticity and bounce to the garment while the cotton keeps it cool, durable and easy to care for. The cotton in our Mericot range is certified Better Cotton (BCI), which ensures that the cotton-growing communities we source our material from survive and thrive, while protecting and restoring the environments in which it is planted and picked.
