Our conditions
We will accept your return with pleasure when you respect the following points:
• The return is requested within 14 days after delivery of the order.
• The authorized return must reach our warehouse within 10 days after filling in the return form.
• Please note that we are not responsible when the parcel returns with another carrier service.
• Each item is unused and bears no sign of wear and tear.
• The original tags and labels are attached and are in good condition.
• The original packaging is included and is in good condition. For shoes and accessories, this means the box in which they were initially packed.
• Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
• Vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.

Please note: If we cannot process your refund because the above conditions are not met, you will be notified by our customer service team.

No exchanges possible — If you wish to have another piece/size, we should place another order on our website.

Our promise
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from If you are not happy with an item you have purchased, we will gladly accept a refund request. Our service: 14 days to return your order - free returns.


a. Returning your items by using our free return shipping service

Fill the return form placed in the parcel and follow the return instructions.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days after receiving your returned items.

Rue Blanche offers free returns for those EU countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, The Netherlands.

Please note that during peak times (especially during sales periods), all returns from The Netherlands may take longer than expected - up to 1 month before being refunded. Moreover, the carrier tracking stops at their national distribution center and does not include transportation to our warehouse.

b. Returning your items in a brand store
ou won’t be able to return or exchange your items in our brand stores.


We want to ensure your shopping experience with us is hassle-free, even when it comes to returns. Here below we will guide you through the different process step-by-step:

Step 1: Contact our Customer Care at and inform us about the items you would like to return.

Step 2: Once you've contacted us, we'll promptly provide you with the invoice for the returning goods.

Step 3: All returns should be send to this address:

We advise you to send the item back via international standard post as we do not offer pre paid return labels. Please also mark the parcel as 'returning goods' on the custom invoice to avoid any extra custom charges. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way! In the event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. We recommend you obtain proof of postage/tracking.

You can return any item for a refund within a strict 14 days after delivery. We will refund your item at the price you purchased it. This can take up to 2 weeks to occur dated from the refund confirmation.This includes sale items. All goods will be inspected on return. Please return all products in original packaging, with all tags and labels still attached, completely unworn.
