Exchanges & Returns
We will accept your exchange or return with pleasure when you respect the following points:
• The return is requested within 14 days after delivery of the order.
• The authorized return must reach our warehouse or a brand store within 10 days after filling in the online return form.
• Please note that we are not responsible when the parcel returns with another carrier service.
• Each item is unused and bears no sign of wear and tear.
• The original tags and labels are attached and are in good condition.
• The original packaging is included and is in good condition. For shoes and accessories, this means the box in which they were initially packed.
• Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
• Vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
Please note: If we cannot process your exchange or refund because the above conditions are not met, you will be notified by our customer service team.

a. Returning your items by using our free return shipping service
Once you have filled the return form placed in the parcel, you will just need to handle your return at your closest post office for the shipment. We will notify you by sending a shipping confirmation that contains the new tracking number.
Per ordered item you can indicate whether you want to exchange it for another size or color, or send it back to be refunded. After handling your return, the exchange will be shipped. We will notify you by sending a shipping confirmation that contains the new tracking number.
In the unlikely event that the new items would not be available, we will inform you by e-mail and automatically refund the items that cannot be delivered.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days after receiving your returned items. Rue Blanche offers Free Returns for those countries:
• The Nederlands
• United Kingdom
• Czech Republic
Regarding the other European countries, we are currently not able to cover the return costs. For those countries, please ship back the article(s) to our office at this following address:
